Challenge
As Westminster's enrollment and strategic initiatives expanded, marketing demand grew across 15 plus departments managing 100 plus annual projects. The team needed scalable systems to maintain quality and responsiveness while handling increased volume and competing priorities.
What I Built

Portfolio Tracking and Reporting: Excel tracker for 100 plus projects, updated weekly for executive visibility. Provides leadership with clear oversight of marketing pipeline, resource allocation, and project status across all departments.
Intake Form Redesign: Added timeline expectations and more robust project scoping questions upfront. Reduced client back-and-forth and improved creative brief quality by gathering complete information upfront.
Featured Campaigns
