What the work looks like

Managing a 100+ project pipeline across departments with sometimes competing priorities and multiple audiences. Rebuilt our client intake system, Asana workflow, and project prioritization rubric to shift resources toward high-impact enrollment and fundraising campaigns, improving execution speed and cross-team alignment.

Campaign work spans social, print, radio, video, and events. Currently leading homepage messaging strategy with a student focus group. Prioritizing audience feedback through A/B testing and research to inform creative direction. Advising campus partners on media mix and strategy, and managing relationships with local media including KUER, KRCL, and KSL.

Also represent Westminster at key community events and activations including SLC Watch Party and Utah PRIDE, building partnerships and expanding brand presence across Salt Lake.

ALOK Vaid-Menon at Westminster

Marketing lead for ALOK Vaid-Menon, co-hosted with Salt Lake Community College as part of their Big Questions Forum. Shifted strategy from radio to paid social and partner amplification, coordinated with ALOK's team on photos and social content, and served as Westminster's point of contact with SLCC. Drove 200+ attendees.
